The purpose of this site is to tell you a little bit more about Lakis.

Lakis Michaelides used to work for Anscombe & Ringland in the development and sales residential department under Stuart Gold and Michael Lambert, the area and branch managers for North London. Lakis Michaelides gained extensive design and management experience while working on projects in 1983 after leaving college.

In 1986 Lakis Michaelides took over Gordon Matthews, an estate management property company which handles residential and commercial sales through the private sector and auctioneers. It also deals with lettings through the private and council sector.

Lakis Michaelides later expanded the business to 3 London locations (Crouch End, Finchley Road and Islington) but scaled this down to one London head office situated in Crouch at the end in 1992.

In 1996 Lakis Michaelides further expanded by establishing further companies by the name of M&M Investments Ltd and Michaelides Investments Ltd for the purpose of acquisition of residential property which acquired a site in Highgate and built a very modern and interesting house which is let privately further acquired 3 more properties which have been developed and income producing.

In 1998 Lakis Michaelides started working together with Christos Papaloizou of Papa Architects. They have been responsible for the design and project management of a large number of residential and commercial projects. These range from public sector housing projects to high quality and high specification building projects.
